Scouting Report
Rucker holds the Missouri tight end reception record with 119, and he is certainly on his way to catching passes in the NFL. His ability to line up at the slot makes him a tough cover, although he doesn't always utilize his size and has been known to get intimidated. Rucker wasn't used much in blocking formations, and his reputation as being 'soft' may cause NFL teams to look the other way on draft day. Rucker needs to show that he can live up to his potential.
