He has interest in UCLA (childhood favorite), tOSU, USC, Va Tech (he has relatives in VA).
Here is one of those situations where if OSU thinks they are going to end up wanting this guy, it might make sense to offer early. I am surprised at the number of times I hear a recruit quoted as saying they offered first or they were in on me from the beginning.

CalHiSports.com Junior Player of the Year -- Chane Moline, Mission Viejo: Nicknamed "The Train," Moline helped the Diablos streamroll to a 14-0 record, a No. 2 national ranking, and CalHiSports.com State Team of the Year honors. The 6-1, 230 junior fullback scored 36 touchdowns and finished with 1,842 yards rushing with a good portion of the yardage coming after first contact. Moline set the tone for his outstanding season when he rushed for 276 yards and scored five touchdowns in the season opener against Los Alamitos. He stayed on track with 127 yards against Mater Dei-Santa Ana, 191 yards against Long Beach Poly, and 141 yards against De La Salle-Concord.
