didn't the story say that the police took a surveillance tape of the outside from the club?

if so, it could probably confirm or deny the story.

Looks pretty definitive from here :)

Do you expect him to say he was instigating at all?

Don't know...I just always take stuff like this with a grain. I can remember watching guys trying to start stuff with athletes at OSU at bars and when we had parties.

I'm not saying they are innocent...but I would guess there is much more to this story than some 100% innocent kid in a bar being targeted.
Nah, he could be, I don't know. But given Devine's track record, I wouldn't dismiss it out-of-hand.

Someone on Scout posted this and figured I'd post it here. One of the better highlight films that I've seen....

If Noel returns next year, i'd guess that Pryor, Devine, and the QB for Baylor (Griffin) will be the preseason favorites for the Heisman.

Edit: Also the highlight video is nothing short of amazing. I'm going to make the assumption Noel doesn't enjoy school, is he a pro prospect at the end of this season and where does he rank in terms of running backs?

He's tiny. I'm sure he can play in the NFL, but not as an everydown back. That'll hurt his draft prospects I gotta think...

I am more impressed that he's been able to keep his nose clean. Seems as though he has overcome a really rocky upbringing.

On his game: Lacks breakaway speed, but his burst and agility are definitely elite (short, choppy strides). The touchdown production simply isn't there, though.
