'07 FL RB Noel Devine (West Virginia signee)

I think FSU is in the drivers seat for Noel, however I dont believe Noel will be a member of this class....I think it's pretty much a done deal he doesn't have the grades to clear the academic hurdles.....FSU did sneak Marcus Ball in last year though

when push comes to shove I just don't see it though....he had a great opportunity to leave Florida to live with Deion and got homesick among other things.....FSU seems to have an existing relationship with him, and I believe if he ever makes it to the NCAA level it will be with FSU....having said that I wouldnt be shocked to see him anywhere else

Yet here we are, just days from Wednesday's National Signing Day, and you'll barely find a peep about Devine's recruitment on the recruiting sites and the message boards. No one knows where Devine, who, according to Rivals.com, ran for 2,148 yards and 31 touchdowns as a senior at North Fort Myers (Fla.) High last season, is going to play college football next season. Check that -- know one knows if Devine will play college football, period.

Noel is being guided through this process by Deion Sanders, and Deion is the father figure in his life and will pay for Prep School if he goes that route for one year.

I think Devine will definetly make it into college football. I think Deion has the kind of resources and connections to see to that.
