'11 OH LB Antonio Poole (Michigan Signee)

I think they want at least one...and two if they can land one of Price/Crowell as well as Wallace. I am cautiously optimistic about Wallace and Price at this point and would be surprised if OSU doesn't land any of the LBs they have offered.

I think Poole and Daniels would be neck and neck if the staff decided to stay in-state for a last minute LB...I prefer both of them long-term as LBs to Tank Sturdivant.

Both would be good picks, but IMO, I'd prefer Daniels over Poole, I've went to several games of Winton Woods and it seems like the opposing team takes Poole out of the game at various points. When I saw them play Bishop Waterson, I barely heard his name called. Daniels on the other hand makes plays, flat out! Poole is still pretty big and quick though

I would probably lean Daniels' way as well...

There are some other kids I really like...Zack Shaw, Max Pirman and Sean Duggan are just a few in this year's class. But truth be told I think OSU has the depth at LB to wait until next year unless they completely strike out in 2011...which is the only way I see someone like Daniels getting offered.

POOLE TO VISIT HURRICANES

Winton Woods senior linebacker Antonio Poole ? one of Ohio's top uncommitted players remaining in the 2011 class ? will take an official visit to Miami (Fla.) the weekend of Jan. 21. Miami has been a late addition to the schools that have shown interest in Poole. Miami hired Al Golden in mid-December and the Hurricanes wanted Poole to visit. Poole has been considering schools that include Cincinnati, Michigan State, Nebraska, Wake Forest, Kentucky, Purdue and others. Poole, a first-team all-Fort Ancient Valley Conference Buckeye selection, had 22 tackles for loss during the regular season.
