Don't know for sure, but I remember Ronald Powell always in his HS photos looking like he was wearing our unis, so I would think you are right.

Hard to tell because the film isn't the best quality. Either way, though, he is separating from people.

For sure. He definitely flashes on the tape, gets seperation and runs away from people. There's just a few moments where it looks like everyone is running hyper-speed.
