Shelton Gibson (Declaring for 2017 NFL Draft)

It's clearly sped up. Watch how fast the QB drops back, how fast the ball travels, how fast the OL move.

The KR TD shows him covering 40 yds in 4 flat.

it's clearly sped up. anyone should be able to see that easily. what you need to look for is how fast he is in the film relative to everyone else. that's what really shows his speed.

the film records time in second increments. not sure how you can tell from film whether it's a fraction of a second.

also, contrary to your observation from FNL, Gibson clearly has top end speed. His running motion is also a lot better.

My whole objective in pointing out it is sped up is not to call into question Shelton's speed or separation ability because clearly if a speed junky like Meyer is still in hot pursuit that tells me all I need to know. I'm just thinking to myself, why bother if the separation is evident? Just seems goofy to me thats all. Thanks Jwinslow, I know what I saw.

Shelton Gibson reaffirms OSU's standing

By Brad Bournival | ESPN.com

If there was ever a question regarding how Shelton Gibson (Cleveland Heights, Ohio/Cleveland Heights) felt about Ohio State, the ESPN 300 wide receiver put an end to lingering doubts Sunday.

The Buckeyes have long been Gibson?s top choice, but the atmosphere from Saturday?s Ohio State-Nebraska game put the Buckeyes over the top for the 5-foot-11, 173-pound Gibson, who is ranked 196th in the nation.

?It would mean a lot to go to Ohio State,? Gibson said. ?I?ve always said O State is my No. 1. I?ll hold off on a decision for now, but they?re my No. 1 school.?
