How Bat-sh*t crazy are they into football in the State of Alabama?

Does you school have a live web-cam showing the fax machine receiving faxes on National Signing Day?

Bulldogs mascot UGA dies

I'm sure Gatorubet will be sending a sympathy card....:(

ATHENS, Ga. (AP) UGA VIII, Georgia's white English bulldog mascot, died Friday from lymphoma, ending his reign as mascot after only half of a season.
Georgia senior associate athletic director Claude Felton said no formal funeral service had been scheduled.

Uga VIII died before serving a full season on the Sanford Stadium sideline. He took over as the team?s mascot for Georgia?s Oct. 16 game against Vanderbilt and was mascot for the final six games of the regular season.
The white English bulldog was diagnosed with lymphoma in early January, but the school said he had been responding well to treatment. He missed Georgia?s Liberty Bowl loss to Central Florida with what was believed to be a gastrointestinal condition. Further tests revealed the more serious condition.
Uga VIII took over last season for Russ, Uga VII?s half brother who filled in as mascot in 2009 and early in 2010.

The only SEC East team with 2 non-conference games with AQ opponents? Vandy, although UGA's pair of Boise State and GT are tougher than UConn and Wake.

Florida and Tennesse got the roughest slate of 3 from the SEC West.

LSU is the only team to have a pair of AQs in the non-conference. Ole Miss and Miss State have none.

Auburn appears to have the toughest set of games vs the SEC East.

Gators play Arkansas, LSU, Bama and Auburn this year. FML.

They don't play Arkansas - that'd be 4 from the West. I've corrected CFN's mistake in Arkansas' cross-division opponents above.

Feel free to sue me for not correcting it before I posted, and thus adding unnecessary misery to your life.

http://blog.al.com/live/2011/02/auburn_toomers_corner_oaks_poisoned.html

Bama fan(s) intentionally dumped herbicide at Toomer's corner - killing the 130 year old oaks.

Expect some Auburn retaliation - like skinning an Assistant Alabama Athletic Director but leaving derma saying "War Eagle" on his butt - or shooting the only elephant in the Birmingham Zoo.

This could get ugly quicker than Skoal and beer selling out the first hour of the Talladega 500.
