The staff seems to be really hitting North Carolina very hard. Withers being on the staff definitely helps, but this could be a state tOSU pulls a few recruits out of that they traditionally never really did. Definitely helps that 2013 appears to be a really deep year in that state for talent.

By Clark....Decommitted from ECU. Hearing from NC State, Florida, Ohio State, Vanderbilt, Clemson, Virginia Tech, North Carolina & South Florida. Visiting NC State & UNC this weekend and plans on visiting Ohio State & Florida in April.
