Not looking forward to defending this schedule if we are in the NC hunt at the end of the season.......so we better HAMMER the cream puffs and easily take care of the rest. With this offense it would be offensive not to.

Hate to see such a patsy schedule, especially when we used to play Texas, USC, etc. for non-conference games in years past. I also hate two byes. Plus side is we have two non-existent teams and a bye in the three weeks preceding The Game, so plenty of time to prepare. Only "dangerous" part of the schedule to me is Wisconsin and Northwestern back-to-back early on.

Obviously not the toughest schedule out there, but if we're on a 25 game win streak, no chance we're out of the National Title Game. That being said, having to face Bye twice scares the shit out of me :paranoid:

Bye will provide some good opportunity for some of the guys who signed LOIs yesterday as will probably a few other opponents but definitely Bye:) We don't redshirt at The Ohio State University.

Don't sleep on Cal- that said, I wish they could have at least
Stayed respectable like they were in 2007.

Northwestern at their house will be a good one. Of course
The weasels in their outhouse of a stadium.

Might face 3 ranked teams total.

Playing in Evanston is the game I'm most concerned with.

I agree, Im always nervous about playing @NW and @Purdue more so than playing away at any other B1G Schools

Holy shit, my sarcasm detector just fucking exploded...

This. Granted, two of their TDs in our game were on mega-long TD runs caused by Special Olympics tackling, but still they came at us toe-to-toe in The Shoe. No reason to assume they won't be thinking upset...
