  • Anyone else ever get annoying calls from this number? Got two today on my Verizon cell and they left no message, and they also called my daughter's cell (T-Mobile). Did a Google search and found a bunch of non-descript websites claiming this is everything from an automated Verizon reminder (which Verizon supposedly denies) to a collection agency to a scam. I thought I had put my cell number on the federal do not call list, but I guess not.

When did you put your number on the do not call list? I think they just cleared that within the last month or two.

I get calls like that from Sprint every day. Some have been early in the morning (7-8 AM).. can't say I was pleased about those.

Listen. We're in marketing. We're trying to earn a living here. Just pick up the phone. We're nice guys, not wise guys. OK, a little of both. Just pick up the phone. India's economy depends on it.

Could be worse. You could be hounded by someone calling you from
    867-5309.

    the lyrics even fit...

Mili, Mili, who can I turn to?
You give me somethin' I can hold on to
I know you think I'm like the others before
Who saw your name and number on the wall

    [chorus]

Mili, Mili, you're the guy for me
Oh you don't know me but you make me so happy.
I tried to call you before, but I lost my nerve
I tried my imagination, but I was disturbed

    [chorus]
