From the Bank... video highlights of McKinley scrimmage.

Electric but it's the effort at the 1:04 mark that will make you jump out of your seat. As the QB, he chased down his fellow RB from 15 yds behind (also had to run around the entire mass of bodies) to detonate the last would-be tackler who had no chance of catching the endzone bound back.

This kid is a beast. He made USA today freshmen all-america last year and also 1st team all-america freshmen on Maxpreps. He is an electrifying runner, very fun to watch. He averaged 11.8 yards a carry in his 3 varisty games that he played.

Glover really only saw time in the playoffs because of injuries to their varsity backfield, but he showed he belonged then.

FYI, McKinley's new coach coaches Shaq Washington in HS, so I fully expect Glover to put up great numbers in that offensive system.

2015 QB-DT Glover surprised by attention
August, 19, 2012
By Brad Bournival | ESPN.com

Even Eric Glover (Canton, Ohio/McKinley) is flabbergasted by the attention he?s getting.

A 5-foot-10, 155-pound sophomore, the dual-threat quarterback for the Bulldogs already has the interest of Alabama, Auburn, Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State, Syracuse and UCLA.

That?s enough to please any recruit, but for one that moved behind center from his running back position this year, it?s even more astounding.

?I?m kind of surprised,? Glover said. ?I?ve been going hard, just trying to do my job and get things done. I?m still young. I?m still trying to build on what I have and go up from there. I?ve got speed. I?m pretty quick and shifty. I?ve got good vision.?

By The Bank....Wanted to attend the Nebraska game, but couldn't due to prior plans. Says he'll visit for the Purdue game & would also like to visit for The Game. Has been invited to games at North Carolina & Oregon, but declined due to distance. Would also like to visit Michigan, Michigan State & Nebraska.
