Christian Kirk (WR Arizona Cardinals)

WOW. Had not seen his junior highlight film but it looks like a video game. Incredibly elusive but his top-end speed is off the charts. You will hold your breath every time this kid gets the ball. Honestly, he is the best natural fit at pivot that I have seen on film thus far...even if his pure receiving skills don't develop all that much, there are so many ways we could use him. Here is to hoping that Hilliard, Cornell, and Co. can really work on Kirk and get him here. Oh...and that Urban Meyer guy. After seeing that film, Kirk is easily #1 on my remaining wish list.

Yeah I agree RB, definitely number 1 for me as well even though the talent we have at the pivot is ridiculous. With Samuel he is a burner, Dontre has some wiggle to him plus good speed, and Jalin has very good size I see all of these things though in Kirk. He has the frame to be that 205 pound, lightning fast, and great in traffic type of player. Perhaps the closest player we've seen in regards to being like Percy Harvin.

Agreed 100%. All those guys are likely going to be fantastic players for us at Pivot I think but the guy who is closest to Harvin I see on film is Kirk. Not quite as big at this stage but like you said, he has the frame to bulk up. I would have Kirk firmly in my top 5 in the country. To quote Urbs only to Kirk this time "If God made an offense for you, this is it."

Fun to watch but he's going to give some coaches and fans heartburn if he keeps running backwards 20 yards at the start of every play. He may be able to get away with that now, but the next level won't allow for that kind of 'excitement.'

He may be slightly ahead of Harris for the offensive player I want most, and honestly I'd have that as more of a toss up but #1 overall on my board would have to be Sweat. The awesome thing is that all 3 are a real possibility in this class. I hope they all know what a great opportunity that would be! Kirk is a total stud and would be a perfect fit in Urban's offense.

Tremendous film, but I think we're selling him shoRt by thinking he's only a Pivot. I think he can play the slot and even outside. His performance at the Opening will show how good his hands are and how much work hell need to put it on them in college. But the kid is super athletic. He's my 1B want besides 1A, Josh Sweat. D lines win championships, though explosive players will get us to the championship.

I meant to put that in my first analysis...kid needs to realize that his straight-line speed is darn near unbeatable. Make one or two moves and get north, nobody will catch you. As to Harris and Sweat...I cannot even prioritize. Just give me all of them.
