Maybe him wearing that shirt can be excused for too many headshots (the colors of the shirt are damming evidence if you ask me)....

Police in Ohio investigated Ben Roethlisberger golf foursome for alleged public urination - The Huddle: Football News from the NFL - USATODAY.com

Police in Dublin, Ohio, investigated a golf foursome that included Pittsburgh Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger after a woman bordering the course alleged that a person in the group had urinated in public.

Dublin police spokesman David Ball told the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review that no charges or citations were issued and that Roethlisberger was not the person seen urinating.

"We received a call that said a member of the party urinated on private property," Ball told the paper. "We spoke to the golf course and they agreed to discuss this issue internally with their members."

Roethlisberger, a native of Findlay, Ohio, was suspended 6 games in April for violating the league's personal-conduct policy. NFL commissioner Roger Goodell ordered Roethlisberger into a behavioral evaluation program and held open the potential for extending the ban if he wasn't satisfied by Roethlisberger's progress.

Roethlisberger, who was not charged after a 20-year-old woman in Georgia accused him of sexual assault in March, said in June that he was committed to behaving more maturely in the future.

Roethlisberger's group continued to finish its golf outing after the alleged incident occurred before the 18th hole at Muirfield Village Golf Club.

The Tribune-Review reported that the club has reminded its golfers to use private restrooms. The incident was first reported on Tuesday by PFT.

I once peed on the outside of an outhouse on a golf course just to protest its presence.

If the 9th and 10th Amendments stand for anything it is our right to pee anywhere other than outside the white stakes. If anyone should be prosecuted it is the woman who owns a home on a golf course and is invading the privacy of its golfers.

What happens between tee and green stays between tee and green!
