those are some fine machines fellas... about a dozen years ago when I was with Goodyear marketing, we did a mag ad with a Testerosa Ferrari... at the time there was only one of the model we wanted in the USA.. fella paid $625K for a car that listed under $300K.. supply vs demand at its finest...

we paid this guy $20K to let a photographer just shoot the car... and it was another $1000 per mile for any mileage on it... the car was carted on a special car carrier... but it was a stunner... came with it's own 7 piece custom made luggage set that fit in the 'trunk' like a puzzle.. each one had to be in its own spot to fit...

there's a 1986 Testerossa Ferrari for sale in Derby. NY for the bargain price of only $328,000 .. I bet it has that 7 piece luggage set...

I remember a TV ad we did in Italy...
video: red Testerossa zipping along the Italian roadside
audio: "The Testerosa Ferrari comes in three colors.. it also comes with yada yada yada... but it ONLY comes with Goodyear Eagle F1 tires... Why?"
video: Enzo Ferrari climbs out of the car at his house
audio: "because Mr Ferrari wants it that way"...

I don't want to kill BFS's post, but does anyone else think the new Mustang is the most useless piece of metal on the roads today? What was Ford thinking? "Lets make it 300 pounds heavier with the SAME horsepower as the last model! That should improve performance!" Granted, I'm biased cause I tune imports for a hobby, but Ford could have done better. I must say that the Shelby Mustang Cobra is very sweet, because it looks more like the original concept. But the GT? Not a big fan...

EDIT: Also, the Tommy Kaira ZZII = amazing. Best thing that's happened to tbe RB26 engine since well...the Skyline GT-R. Nissan had plans to make a rear engine 2-seat sports car but production costs forced them to make the R32 GT-R instead.

hey BFS, the thread is car porn..........that Mustang is like watching the amateur girl with lame hair and bad teeth, but a pretty good body.........i watch porn to fantasize about girls that i most likely would never be able to bag on my own, get with the program! :tongue2: ...........and i wondered about the new Mustang too, ugggh, it took a step back

hey Rocket, i don't know the first thing about cars, atleast as far as specs, and so forth, but i know i love looking at those things, some of them are just simply incredible...........i do know that the ZZII is a baaaaad machine on Gran Turismo, and needless to say so is the real deal.........i just can't believe after finding that website how many obscure, and incredible exotic cars there are out there, i'm barely over halfway done

Alright, much love to Mistri - I consider myself a car nut and some of those things I didn't even recognize! So, to compete, this is all I can come up with:

Hulme.F1
hulme_f1_01.jpg

hulme_f1_06.jpg

hulme_f1_07.jpg

Basically its New Zealands first supercar, powered by the new BMW M5 engine (5.0 litre high-revving V10, ~ 500 HP stock).

Also, Mistri showed the new Noble M14, but the M12 is also wicked awesome:
Noble-M12-GTO-3R-FA-1280x960.jpg

One guy in my neighborhood picked one of these up a few months ago (he has an Elise and a Cobra kit car). I've rode in one and it's really an amazing vehicle. Basically its Ferrari performance for half the price (~$80,000), and man, can that thing HAUL. My neck seriously was hurting cause of the g-forces from acceleration. It's powered by a twin-turbo Mazda V6, gets around 550 HP.

damn that Hulme is bad..........Rocket notice near the end of my pics i posted an M12, GT, which looks like it's modded, and man is it sick.....i think it's one of the best looking cars of all the cars i posted, pretty sweet you got to ride in one........i'm still totally infatuated with the Zonda and now the Lotec also (from front page).......but if i could actually ever afford one of these beauties i don't know how i'd ever choose

and as i mentioned i can't take credit for these cars, the first few i thought of off the top of my head but that last website i found gets most of the credit, i've only heard of probably 25% of these

------------------------------------------------

and for those of us with twisted minds or are just curious here is a site i stumbled across while looking for photos - wrecked exotics, now that you know what they look like fresh from the showroom floor

http://www.wreckedexotics.com/
