Since the Wrestling team is potentially on the verge of doing something its never done before, here's a video of Luke Fickell destroying some dude his senior year as a heavyweight. It's impressive because Fickell literally looks like and moves like a 189lb wrestler but he straight up destroys this guy....

I will always be grateful for the manner in which Luke took over the program, kept recruiting alive, and kept the team together. Not once did he put the blame for losses on other coaches or the players. Not once did he bitch about the penalties meted out. He brought Braxton along slowly, though it must have pained him. Finally, if he had had at least half a season for Brax to throw to Devier, the Bucks beat Michigan. If he'd had Adams and Boom, he might have eked out a Big Ten Championship. He's more than earned his place in the Buckeye pantheon.

So we changed. We not only changed what we do, we changed how we do it.

Sometimes it entails you having a good game because you changed from a 4-3 to a 3-4 or you changed from a quarters defense to three deep because you're trying to hide something. OHIO STATE DEFENSIVE COORDINATOR AND LINEBACKERS COACH LUKE FICKELL TO EARN $640K BASE SALARY IN 2015
Luke Fickell's defense played its best as Ohio State rolled through the 2014 post-season.
To no surprise, that's when the Buckeyes as a whole performed better than ever before under head coach Urban Meyer. In victories against Wisconsin (Big Ten Championship), Alabama (Sugar Bowl) and Oregon (National Championship), Fickell's unit kept three 2014 Heisman Trophy finalists at bay enough for the Buckeyes to reach the zenith of college football.
Fickell was much maligned following poor performances from the Ohio State defense toward the end of the 2013 season against Michigan, Michigan State and Clemson. Some in Columbus called for Fickell's job, but Meyer stuck by him, and in turn helped get him a raise following the national title-winning season.
Fickell is set to earn $640,000 in base salary for the 2015 season, a 6.66 percent jump from the $600,000 he earned the last two seasons.
The figures are a result of an open records request submitted by Eleven Warriors Sept. 14 and filled by Ohio State Tuesday.
