Ed "LL" Warinner (Run Game Coordinator FAU)

It shouldn't be that hard to pay him enough to put him out of reach for programs like Army. In a perfect world he'll have to take a pay cut if he ever wants to make a move.
Not always about money, though. Some coaches have higher aspirations. Wouldn't be surprised to see Warriner a HC somewhere soon. At least it looks like we get him for another season. And with an OL to be overhauled, that's HUGE.

Let's spread some of the kudos around from Hyde's great season to coach Warinner and his charges! Getting him back for another season is huge! I have every faith in his ability to craft a good offensive line next year and in the future! Pay the guy whatever it takes to keep him here!

Maybe Urb could make him another assistant head coach? Assistant AD? Even better, fire the current AD and make Warriner the REAL and ONLY AD. Heck, even make him president of all of tOSU. Anything to keep this man.

I second that emotion. Show Warriner the money. To witness the offensive line go from what it was to the most dominant unit on the team in such a short period of time has been nothing short of miraculous. Of course, there were certainly others who contributed to the transformation (some very talented players recruited by Tress and the Walrus, conditioning by Marotti and staff, the UFM culture/attitude, etc.), but...damnit, just make sure Ed sticks around.

Pass the basket.. I'll chip in.

If there's a better OL coach in the country, I want to see him. The improvements that the OL has made in one month have been extraordinary.

I don't know the 1st thing about the offensive line. But what ever schemes and techniques, Warinner is teaching these players, it seems to be working really well. They seem to be grasping everything that the coach is putting out to them. I love it when the players call him "COACH'' They really respect him I guess.
