DB Cameron Burrows (Official Thread)

Cameron Burrows(212) tapped me on the shoulder and I faked it, because I did not know for sure who was. About 6'1-190, the guy is cut. Has played CB along time. No doubt that he can play CB at the next level. Closes well. Anticipates well. Like his DB instincts. Will have to get faster. Playing with alot more confidence this summer. Good person. 3.7GPA.

Rivals$--Michigan makes an impression

Cameron loved his visit to Michigan and saysthe visit did enhance his interest in the Wolverines. However, he also says tOSU is still his clear leader.

I'd have to think this was a huge weekend for Michigan in terms of fighting with us for recruits. I was at the Shoe, and it wasn't a very pretty game. If I were a recruit, I'd probably be thinking "alright, so who will the coaching staff be here next year?" Then I come home and watch one of the most exciting (albeit sloppiest) games I've ever seen between UM-ND. With the entire crowd staying after so long, and the excitement in the air during the post game interviews, Michigan definitely seems to have that "starting a new chapter" thing going for them right now.

Free 24/7 - Michigan offers Future247 prospect

Michigan is the latest program to offer Dayton (Ohio) Trotwood-Madison Future247 defensive back Cameron Burrows, stepping to the table on Thursday.

The Wolverines join Ohio State, Cincinnati, Colorado, Illinois, Kentucky, Missouri, Notre Dame, Purdue, Tennessee and UCLA in offering the 6-foot-2, 195-pound Burrows, who visited the Ann Arbor campus for the first time on Saturday.

"My coach came to my class and told me," Burrows said.

"It means a lot. I liked it up there. They showed me some things and I'm taking them under consideration. Its a nice place."

The atmosphere during Michigan's come-from-behind 35-31 victory over Notre Dame really impressed Burrows.

"There were 114,000 people there," Burrows told 247Sports on Sunday. "It was real hot when they started making that comeback in the third quarter. My ears were popping and everything.”

Burrows added that Ohio State remains his leader at this point in the recruiting process. The four-star junior will visit Notre Dame on Saturday for the Irish's home date against Michigan State.
