Don't know if I have just never payed attention in the past...but it doesn't seem like DC produces much talent that the buckeyes are chasing.

Is it just an issue of several of the 'burbs being considered Maryland or Virginia?

I can't remember OSU going after too many kids from DC either, that was usually Penn St's territory thanks to LJsr. And yes, the burbs of VA and MD produce more talent and have better schools to provide more opportunities as well. Just like a large number of kids from NYC move or attend schools in New Jersey to play better competition and play better talent. DC usually has better basketball players, but has some city talent as well, but it's few and far between

Well we landed Rico McCoy...he had a great career here.

But in all honesty, there are about 1/2 prospects per year we seem to have interest in...just has not happened yet. Marcus Lewis is a guy in '15 I would love to have if we are legitimately in it still.
