The possibility of him flying around on D along side JBosa, MMitchell and TJohnson...

Had to make the best decision for himself which was OSU and is coming in as a Viper.

Greg Gilmore is working on Lewis...meanwhile Lewis is working on Vonn Bell and Trey Johnson.
Ha. Good luck with that, Greg. You guys can have Lewis Neal. We'll take Tyquan, who funny enough took Neal's spot when he decommitted. Upgrade.
I was thinking the same. I also hope Tyquan is successful with Vonn and Trey. :)
By Newton's 3rd Law, is Tyquan also working on Gilmore?
(I'll show myself out)
Sorry to bring this up grad, but how did you like Tyquan's play compared to other national top guys? Legit SEC type DL? TIA.
In all honesty, he looked out of position and lost...and like a kid going through the motions in an all-star game. He definitely passes the eyeball test and did get 'tweaked' early in the game. It was not an impressive day for him.
Thanks for the observations!
Looks good on the films posted. Plays like he's pissed. Reminds me a bit of Vernon Gholston.
Agreed. Definitely not fair to make a definitive assessment in an all- star game.
Actually thats who I was thinking of when you mentioned he looked lost. Vern played a new position and didnt recover in the NFL. Not exactly the same I know, but some guys get used to a position and it just fits them.
I think the biggest problem with Vern was he relied to much on his athletism and that worked at the college level. He dude was a freak of nature phisically, but when he got to the pros... everyone was just as strong and fast. If I remember right, when he was at tOSU he would vaselate between domination and disappearing. Had a moster game agaist tsun and crazy numbers at the combine. Things just never clicked mentally at the pro level for him.
Moved to the main forum since he is now on campus.
The Carolina All Star game was on tv this past weekend very early in the morning. I missed it but there's a chance it might be on again if people are interested in seeing Tyquan in action. Pretty sure it was ESPNU
