This always sounds like sour grapes or typical message board garbage but I don't believe OSU was prepared to accept a pledge from Watts at this time, although I'm not suggesting he would have chosen OSU had they pushed for him. Simply OSU has guys higher on the board at the moment like Hamlin, Jones, Fuller etc. to go along with Felder.
