GA ATH Richard LeCounte (Georgia Signee)

Richard LeCounte with "go Bucks" backflip
DUBLIN, Ohio - At the recent FBU Top Gun camp in Dublin, Ohio, 2017 athlete Richard LeCounte was one of the top prospects in attendance. The versatile do-everything talent out of Hinesville (Ga.) Liberty County competed at safety during the event showing off elite range and ball skills. He also showed off his athleticism by doing some acrobatics during a break in play (video embedded below). Perhaps even more noteworthy than his impressive back flip is LeCounte's "Go Bucks" message afterwards.

Despite his Georgia roots, LeCounte is an Ohio State fan and has already visited Ohio State on two separate occasions prior to another visit over the weekend. Currently, LeCounte's Crystal Ball reads 55 percent in favor of Ohio State and 45 percent in favor of Georgia. Already the 2017 prospect has more than 15 offers from the likes of Auburn, Alabama, Florida State and Miami in addition to Ohio State and Georgia.

Last game I could find info on Lecounte, and he certainly filled up the stat sheet playing multiple positions:
RB: 13car 121yds 4yds
WR: 1rec 36yds
QB: 2-3 1td(55yd, couldn't find passing stats)
S: 12tkls(2 for loss), 2FF, 2FR

This kid is a beast and will only get better once be doesn't have to do so much for a team and can focus primarily on defense

LECOUNTE HAS BIG HOPES FOR NEXT BUCKEYE VISIT

One of the country's top 2017 prospects, Richard LeCounte from Hinesville, Georgia, will be back at Ohio State for their spring game in mid-April. LeCounte considers Ohio State lineabacker Raekwon McMillan – who played at Liberty County High School one year with LeCounte – a brother and has been to Ohio State a number of times.

"I've mostly seen everything I've wanted to," he said. "I just want to meet LeBron James now."....
