Dawg recruitnik's seem to think it's between Ohio State and Auburn for this young man.
He'll take his UGA visits and keep his ear to the ground, but isn't wholly interested due to the fact we'll have had 5 DT's commit in the past two years.

4-star defensive lineman Antwuan Jackson loves Will Muschamp's intensity
On Monday night, he got to see another one of his top schools as Ohio State took down Virginia Tech on ESPN. He's planning a trip to Columbus this weekend to see the Buckeyes play Hawaii.

"They dominated," Jackson said. "Even though they were struggling at halftime, I always knew they had the game. I wasn't really too down about how they played. They played great, as a whole."

He certainly was a fan of Braxton Miller's incredible touchdown run.

"I think he reminds me of myself when I do my spin move," Jackson joked.

Both schools are looking at Jackson as a defensive tackle, though he says he could also play defensive end.

Jackson released a top 10 on July 4 with Auburn and Ohio State tied atop the list. He said he plans to narrow that to a top five soon. Will the Tigers and Buckeyes still be in the mix?

"Most definitely," he said.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe he visited us most recently. If he was looking to commit to a school before his visit to Auburn, that should have bode well for the Bucks.

...though that's all out the window, now that the announcement's off.

D. Jones (he is not a DE)
D. Hamilton
R. Landers
J. Alabi
M. Barrow

These eight DTs are all top notch and first rate. Focus on Ewell and Hansard for 2017 at DT.
That's all the staff has to do. Jackson prefers Auburn anyway and where he wants to go.

Barrow is a great start and will be a nightmare at the 3 tech. But I would have Jackson at the top of my needs lost, not my want list. Not saying those guys above won't work out but we have no idea how good those guys actually are. To be perfectly honest, the recruiting at DT recently has been very lackluster. Imo, we need to land another standout in this class and Jackson fits the bill.
