I actually think that the helmet will be a matte silver and the buckeye leaf will have a chrome finish

And the difference between matte silver and grey is what, exactly?

Pretty solid as far as Pro combat jerseys go.

It is nice to have a brief respite from the female replica jersey sized numbers.

If there was ever a time for Nike to end its crusade against shiny pants this would be it. ND and OSU without matching reflective pants makes no sense. There is nothing like the silver bullets glimmering under the lights, reflecting off the silver flecks of the helmet and pants.

People prefer seeing TV numbers from space? I'm apparently in the minority but the huge numbers just clutter everything else up. It looked especially bad when paired with patches like the Big Ten Centennial or the 100th OSU/UM game. Fortunately these look like they'll forego the B1G logo creep.

hating the dainty numbers they wear now with the sleek pads and small, unimposing shoulders is not the same thing as demanding the return of the kindergarten sized numbers. I like Eddie's look but understand it is dated.

I see zero reason why they made the actual uniform as close as possible to the ones sold in lady foot locker.

Thin stripes don't have to be weak and wrinkled - see Nebraska - but they are.

Modern numbers on tight fitting jerseys don't have to be microscopic, but they are on OSU's jerseys.

Yes, and Yes. Big numerals and gray stripes on the sleeves. Its almost as if we will get to be Scarlet and Gray again! :!

The cool fabric they have these days is nice in the jersey as long as they leave our damn colors alone.
