He also hates Coker's guts. Keep that in mind. Also, keep in mind that Coker's mom is one of those helicopter parents. Remember how she treated Jimbo year before last when Jaboo won the starting job over Jake? Keep that in mind. I'm coming back to that.

Now, if you all will remember, Lance Thompson (who is now at AU) got fired from here for banging Blake Barnett's mom. Lance has since married an heiress to the Hewlett-Packard fortune. Well, now, he's started to send cell phone screen shots to boosters and administrators showing where Lane set him and Blake's mom up. So that's blackmail #1.

The Mobile booster was gonna blow the lid off things, but he decided to take his old lady back. Well, in comes Coker's meddling ass mom. She's threatening to go to the newspaper about Lane's drinking and banging problem. Blackmail #2

Not that he was gonna be here a second longer after his contract was up after this season anyway, but Nick told Lane yesterday to go ahead and start looking for another job.

So, in my opinion, here's how this will end. Lane will coach his ass off the rest of the year and make Coker look like a competent QB. And he will leave to take over the job at The U after they fire Al Golden. And he will talk CASH....MONEY...[Mark May] on the way out the door."

Love this post not for the rumors it shares but for the hypothetical situations it creates:

1). Somewhere in Tuscaloosa, there is a 22 year old bouncer that's been peed on by Lane Kiffin as he struggled to get into a cab
2). At least the Alabama boosters had the good sense to throw him in a cold shower prior to his speech. DID YOU HEAR THAT SARK!?!? THAT'S WHY YOU'LL NEVER BE SEC
3). Alabama is going blow out Louisiana Monroe on Saturday. You know that midway through the third, Kiffin isn't paying attention at all, his only thoughts are where he's getting his joint worked that night.
4). IF (and that's a big IF) Saban allows him to stay on staff, the team hotel on road trips has the be the most secure information of all time, right? Big money donors from opposing teams are going to be sending call girls and whiskey out the wazoo to Kiffin's room to try and get him off his game.
5).Golly Gee - this stuff sure sounds like a distraction. Hopefully they don't have to play any "make or break" games in the next two weeks.

If I were the opposing team's coach I would want Kiffin on his game. He has shown he can do nothing but f up the play calling if he's on his game. Being hung over and half asleep someone else may give him some advice or, god forbid, take over play calling all together.
