You guys think he has a shot at 1st team all-B1G this year?

No. Mike Hull is a lock for one of the spots, IMHO. Jake Ryan is a semifinalist for the Butkus (the only B1G player on the list), so I expect he'll also be 1st team. Personally, I'd have Mason Monheim in there with the third slot. Cole Farrand and Damien Wilson are also playing like 1st team all-B1G.

Lee and Perry have played great, but I think Max is right ... they're a ways down the list for 2014 and will be honorable mentions at best. It's a crowded field with 14 teams now.

With his 33-yard fumble recovery for a touchdown in The Game, Darron Lee became the first Buckeye defender to return two fumbles for TDs in a single season since Michael Doss in 2000. Lee also had a 61-yard fumble return TD against Navy in the season opener.

Love his game but love his attitude even more. He plays with a huge chip on his shoulder. Love it. If it's a street fight you better kill him because he will keep coming at you. You can never have too many guys like that.

I try not to have favorite players and focus on team. This kid is making that very tough. He has made the transition from qb to lb (yes, I know he also played safety) extremely well. Love not only watching him play but also listening to his interviews. He is extremely thoughtful and well spoken for a 19 or 20 year old. Especially loved his interview when he found out Diamante is a male model.
