LB Raekwon McMillan (New England Patriots)

In his first significant action of the season, linebacker Raekwon McMillan led the Buckeyes in tackles (7), TFLs (3) and sacks (2).

A great athlete at LB who combines instincts and technique; you don't see that from a true freshman LB very often. Kid plays with discipline and have to think he was coached very well at Liberty County HS.

I agree, he reads plays extremely well, fills run lanes and has a great nose for the football. His role should expand.

Glad he's seeing action as a true Freshman. His upside is better than any of our LB's and possibly anyone on the entire Defense. Speed, size, athleticism, instincts, tackling ability. He has it all.

I must say I'm extremely impressed with kwon. He does an outstanding job with keeping defenders away from his body and he flows with a play so impressively.

In pass coverage he looks extremely alert as well. Next years defense guys is going to be unreal.

Bosa, washington, schutt, and Holmes up front with Perry, kwon, and Lee behind them. Apple, Conley, Bell and Tyvis.

Hell we still have the opportunity to be great this year but next year oh man

I'm typically never a fan of taking an athlete and trying to make him an LB....it takes too much 'intangibles' to make a great LB and Kwon is showing that, he's a LB first but also a great athlete. That's why I'm so confident with guys like Nick Conner and Hilliard who fit the same mold.

This is one of the guys on D that will be an anchor once the whole scheme congeals.

This game solidified the notion that we've got so much pure RAW talent on this team that coaching will need to keep up, and if they do things will be very good.

Man, I'll say!! While I'm at it, "Big Mac" would be a perfect name for him. He kinda takes the colloquial phrase "Big Mac Attack" to previously unattained heights, doesn't he? Another point..........these coaches really know how to recruit. God bless "Mac" of course, but also, from the offensive side, Barrett, Samuel, Thomas, and from last class , Wilson, Marshall, too many names to mention. I doff my hat in admiration.

I'm sorry, but he is already better than Grant even with his inexperience. He hasn't made any stupid mistakes and is in the right place everytime. He just has "it"
