Trivial issue in relation to tOSU. Was on our radar to be sure, but was definitely a wait & see more from issue. MSU got a good one, but to say UM missed out on this one would be going way too far.

Don't think anyone said UM missed out - debate started around Blackwell's recruiting impact at MSU which so far is undeniably strong.

Definitely a good thing for the B1G. I wouldn't begin getting concerned until they actually start getting players our coaches really wanted. I'm not in the lest bit worried considering how our coaches have performed in that regard since Coach Meyer took over.

Those videos are pretty outrageous. I'd be surprised if Dantonio keeps him after stunts like that.

This kid has single handedly wrecked his career in football, and it's going to take some monumental efforts by him to get back in good graces of coaches of a major college. Wayne state may have to be the best destination for him, so sad and clearly this kid has some anger issues

I can say I saw this coming, I always thought he was pretty immature for a kid of his stature. Plus this has been brewing for a while, and he was even benched this past state playoffs for cussing his coach out

Detroit Cass Tech football star Jayru Campbell body slams school security guard to ground

DETROIT - Detroit police say 4-star Michigan State football recruit Jayru Campbell is in custody after he body slammed a Detroit Cass Tech High School security guard at the school.

Campbell, a 4-star quarterback out of Cass Tech, is shown on video slamming the security guard to the ground in a school hallway.

Police have Campbell in custody. It's not clear if he has been suspended or if Michigan State will be pulling his scholarship.
