New Uniforms/Nike Changes (Basketball)

I hope they're to the level of the normal set--or optomistically as good as the football duds. They better not sink to the crap that is the hockey alternates (coming from a Nike apologist):

Lower-case on the nameplates? Horizontal striping? Buckeye wordmark straight from MS Word? Terrible.

Doe anyone else think that it would be completely badass if our basketball unis had Ohio spelled out script style to mirror the way the band does script ohio? I think that they could make it work, in kind of like a throwback fashion....thats my proposal, i hope someone from nike reads this.......

I guess florida used their new uni's at Tennessee tonight. Couldn't see much difference though. Sounds like it was just a different type of fabric.
I was worried that was the case. The font was unique, but I didn't really like the tapered horns on the shoulders and butt.

If this is yet another cookie cutter uniform design by Nike, I think I'll prefer the current ones.

That was the main selling point of the jerseys--the fabric is supposed to be gator print, like the blue on this shirt:

Nike didn't release any Ohio State stuff with this treatment in the fall, so who knows what they've planned.
