Why would he ever leave? He has to be having the time of his life right now! You're doing a lot of wishful thinking! If the tables were turned and Urban was running roughshod through the conference and winning NCs or contending yearly, we all would want him to stay forever! It'll never get less rewarding to hear that you're the greatest coach ever, that you can walk on water, heal the sick, etc! Saban can run for governor of AL, whack off in the middle of their stadium and it'd sell out, flip off ever camera in AL and they'll love him still and ask for more, I don't think with the size of the egos of some of these coaches that there's enough adulation. he's loving every millisecond of this ride. He'd honestly be crazy to leave, unless he's going through sanctions and leaves like ol Petey

Heresy, I know, but I will always wonder if one of the major reasons Urban left Florida was the realization that once Saban arrived at Alabama the SEC was his (Saban's). Since the forming of the SEC Alabama has won more championships than the next two teams combined, 26 to 25.

I should add that Michelangelo's sculpture of David is also way out of proportion. This is of course because David is about 17 feet high and sits on a pedestal making it even taller. So Michelangelo knew the viewer would see his head as too small from that distance. He adjusted for that.
I can't give this sculptor that much credit.

1. David was Jewish, yet the statue is not circumcised.
2. No attempt was made to adjust the size of David's wee wee to the rest of his body.

Anybody else seen these statues they have put up all round the blacktop area behind the co-op where the gigantic Bevo statue is? They're all the same statues, just with different numbers and skin tones (football has two or three statue types 1 for QB, 1 for RB, 1 for everything else). They look really $#@!ing cheesy and I'm not quite sure why they're beinginstalled. I know they're honoring great former athletes, but it looks like an army of cartoon characters. I'll take a pic later this afternoon.

Bama has two players arested on potential felony charges and then let off by good ole boy judge. No punishment. Then has player arested for dui bays penned indefinitely (100% guarantee he will be available for game 1). USC has potentially starting cornerback (backup last year) arrested on misdemeanor charge (no details yet). He is immediately suspended for the Bama game.

Did you guys know that Nick Saban has "A Process" that is the reason he wins football games at Alabama? It's true. He does. In fact, if you turn on ESPN one of these days you can probably hear him or someone else talking about it.

Why said Process was unsuccessful at Michigan State has not been addressed.
