WR/DB Eric Glover-Williams (transfer to Mississippi Gulf Coast CC, transfer to Slippery Rock)

I just watched some of his more recent highlights on HUDL, which did not include any defense. I think he could be the next HB in line. Opinions?

I believe he stated he personally wants to play CB. And anyway, I think he was being looked at for the H back position anyway, and not R . Not sure he could take the pounding for RB

Word is he'll start at CB. I don't think you can go wrong putting him at HB or CB though. Win win.

MSU = DB U? Based on what exactly? Are they basing this on extremely recent memory or when Sparty was being Sparty?

Because if it's extremely recent memory, Ohio State has more current 1st round DB picks in the NFL (3- Malcolm Jenkins, Dontre Whitner, Bradley Roby) than 1st round DB's Michigan State has had picked in the NFL's entire history (2- Darquenze Dennard 2014, Herb Adderley 1961). FWIW, Ohio State has 8 DBs total in NFL RIGHT NOW (add Will Allen, Chimdi Chekwa, Kurt Coleman, Nate Ebner, and Travis Howard to those three)... MSU has 2 (add Trenton Robinson to Dennard). Also in case you were wondering, OSU has had 13 1st round DBs picked in NFL history (link). Ohio State whups them in college DB award winners as well.

Fact: Recent memory or not, Sparty doesn't hold a candle to Ohio State when it comes to DB play.

(Now back to Eric Glover-Williams in S&G...)
