I really appreciated what Shazier did in his years for the bucks and he had very little in the way of a supporting cast, but he doesn't make my top six list at LB.

I see lists of all time great LB's and no one ever mentions Pepper Johnson. He was a really good linebacker who's whole career was shadowed by playing alongside of all time greats in Spielman at Ohio State and Lawrence Taylor with the New York Giants. But he really had an awesome career and played for a long time in the NFL and is now a coach in the NFL. To me he always belongs in the list of great linebackers at OSU. But I have to say this young group coming in is looking very promising. We can only hope their ceiling is as high as we think it is.

Not to forget but the depth on paper we are amassing is pretty sick! Whoever wins the starting jobs better not get injured or have lapses in play because his spot will be scooped up with next to no drop off.

I was always a huge Pepper Johnson fan. Marcus Marek as well. Dude nearly killed me with a screen playing basketball at South Rec.

Awesome, sounds like Justin at the very least solidified his ranking nationally (maybe improved it). Always nice to see a guy who is clearly a stud on film also go to a combine/7-on-7 setting and do well. In fact, same can be said of Connor, which is why I am so comfortable with this LB class as is already (and the '14 LB class while I am at it). Back to Justin though, congrats on a great week against the nation's best!
