Danny Clark (QB Kentucky Wildcats, transfer to Vanderbilt)

With the Martell decommitment, things just got very interesting and I'm sure the Clark family is paying close attention. The 3 schools that Danny seems to be looking at the hardest(per 247sports) are Bama, Arky, MSU and OSU. All of the schools have QBs already committed to their programs, with Bama being the only school with a 4star rating. So regardless where Danny were to commit, he'd be going into a class with another QB. And all have very young QB corps, so it'll be a battle wherever he goes. I see OSU staying in this one until NSD. The Clark family seems like they are going to weigh all of their options, and they have to see how tight numbers are for 2017, and how great this class can be if he took the greyshirt and remained in the class

Do you know something even the experts don't?
He knows something everybody else knows. Danny committed forever ago in recruiting terms. He wants to be an Ohio State QB. Between the time he committed and now, Ohio State has shown more interest in other QBs than in him. He now has to start the recruiting process over again.....thus it being forced upon him. Some kids string schools along and use them for free trips and to enjoy the recruiting process. This is not one of those cases.

It sucks that a tweet lime this had to be sent out to silence a number of fans. But that's what recruiting has become in the social media age now. Rumors now find their way to a recruit almost too easily, communication with kids and athletes in general has completely blurred lines now where fans think they can question a recruit and/or his family and tweets like this are then sent out by kids to correct the rumors
