TE Luke Farrell (3rd Team All B1G, Jacksonville Jaguars)

6'1" to 6'3" WRs/Pivots are in a different category than Farrell/Hausmann IMO. Noah/AJ may be big and may play some of the same roles as traditional TEs on occasion, but I'm guessing that they will both be in the WR room for the entirety of their careers here. I guess we'll see...

I figured those 2 were big Hbacks/TEs? Either way good problems to have. And getting Farrell in the mix would be awesome!
The specifics are best left up to the coaches, but I think it is highly likely they go after two true TEs in '16 (Hausmann and Farrell) and plan to utilize Brown, Alexander and Hawkins in different ways within the offense.

Perry's Luke Farrell navigating recruiting trail
As signing day ‘15 approaches, Farrell’s list of suitors so far includes Ohio State, Alabama, Illinois, Michigan, Michigan State, Penn State, Vanderbilt, Kentucky, Boston College and Duke.

It’s safe to say the list come signing day ’16 will be much, much longer.

But his choice will be revealed well before then.

“I’m pretty sure I’ll have a verbal commitment by that time,” Farrell said. “Right now I’m figuring out where I want to commit before my senior season.”

Farrell said he hasn’t decided where he will take his five official visits. But he does want to take time this spring and/or summer to take unofficial stops at Boston College, Penn State, Ohio State and Michigan State — maybe more.

Wow, beyond impressed. Much more versatile than I expected...lining up in the slot catching bubble screens, out wide on go routes, slants, wheel routes, getting handoffs at FB, being disruptive as a DE, you name it. But really he is so much like Vannett coming out of HS it is uncanny. I think Luke is a must-add in this class despite having 2 TEs already not only due to his talent, but because of what he brings. He is an outstanding blocker on top of athlete and I think we often forget how instrumental Heureman/Vannett were in setting the edge on the sweeps. Haussman is a pretty good blocker too but Luke is exceptional. Would love to lock him up and cap off the TE class of the century.

Just to add to this, Brown is down to 222 this spring (from ~240 as a freshman). Looks pretty obvious they are grooming him to be a WR who can be a plus blocker outside (like Evan Spencer) and not a TE.
