Lamont says he's staying in frequent contact with tOSU coaches Fickell & Coombs as well as Mark Pantoni. He was impressed with the attention Ohio State Pro Day garnered & the coaches are stressing to him the development of Eli Apple over the course of his career. Plans on cutting down his list in June because he wants to enroll early & will be taking his official visits during the fall. He's looking forward to competing from day one when he gets on campus.

Lamont won't be able to attend the spring game April 16th due to a 7-on-7 that weekend, but instead will be making it to Columbus for a spring practice within the next few weeks.

Lamont's father Carlton Wade, says they won't be able to attend the spring game April 16th due to a 7-on-7 commitment, but they will be stopping by tOSU on their way home from this Saturday's Rivals Camp. He also says they will be at Ohio State before the Nike Camp in Columbus on May 7th. Lamont will cut his list down to 10 schools sometime in May & will be getting to Columbus for a game or two in the fall before ultimately deciding soon after with intentions to enroll early.
