Carter never fumbled (catch and 2 steps were never made = incomplete pass) and burbridge clearly stepped out of bounds on his TD to make it 27-10. I understand the final score, but these were two plays that cost us the game. This conference is a joke.

There is a great thread currently on BWI about the additional $33 million PSU has handed to six more of Jerry's victims. A poster who has been a BWI member since 2009 then began sharing some of his expertise from a career in the insurance field and said that he is close with several PSU lettermen who knew of Jerry's inappropriate behavior with children before the story broke.

Poster "epradelli" said he was told to take the blinders off regarding Joesus'/PSU's innocence and that the reason PSU is paying out is because the school recognized its liability. The guy seemed way too rational and reasonable for BWI, so, of course, the Cult shouted him down until he left.

Lots of posts in the thread from the Cult claiming that even though they never met Joesus himself, the man was a saint without flaw. Joe Didn't Know bringing the quality posts as always. Cult member 91Joe95 shows in multiple posts that he can't tell the difference between an insurance premium and a claim. Why won't anyone go after the Second Mile instead of just PSU?

JoeDidn'tKnow: "These payouts are blackmail and they reinforce the notion that C/S/S and JoePa did something wrong. Completely negligent to pay one red cent to anyone. The only victims were the Paterno's, the fans, the players, the local businesses, the truth, due process and the students."

JoeDidn'tKnow: "There was no shower "incident" nor were there any 'victims'. Study the FACTS and educate yourself otherwise you won't last here very long. Read why Ziggy has written on this subject. The entire case consisted of 'witnesses' being coached up/pressured by the OAG and their acolytes."

91Joe95: "Sorry to disappoint, but you're wrong. Bot has admitted insurance wasn't consulted, and the insurance is currently fighting paying in court. Oops, what's your insurance background tell you now? You haven't even addressed why insurance would 'volunteer' to pay such outrageous premiums."

Ten Thousan Marbles: "Who else has paid out $93 million in a molestation case? I think the question is: where does $93 million in liability come from? It seems like a ridiculous number to me.....especially given that this is probably not the last of it."

91Joe95: "Let me be perfectly blunt, you would not approve reimbursement of these claims, let alone the way they were handled, and definitely not for the massive premiums that were paid out. You're the expert, what's the going settlement rate for a victim not molested onsite, not affiliated with the school, and by someone who doesn't work for the school? I looked it up, the catholic church who had actual priests molest parisheners, and who had assets that dwarf Penn States, paid a fraction of what PSU paid out. I don't doubt your expertise, that's why I want to hear it. Please, feel free to provide the relevant criteria you would typically use."

Aoshiro: "I don't care who you are, you don't know what you're talking about. Penn State's insurer is refusing to pay Sandusky claims and in its litigation. Personally, I don't blame the insurer for not paying."

psa1969a: "Name the Lettermen or just shut up. Joe knew nothing."

chrisrn1965:
"Also explain why the TSM is not being held accountable."

WeR0206: "Both 1998 and 2001 were reported OUTSIDE of PSU. Someone please explain how PSU is liable but the state of PA and/or TSM arent?

Please explain why a football coach/college admins should have known better than phd's in psychology (JR in 2001) and law enforcement/CYS case workers (1998)? The state of PA didn't even indictate JS after finding out he was giving naked bear hugs from behind to two different boys in '98 and yet its all football coach/CSS's fault?? Bullshit!"

fairfaxlion2: "The fact that these enormous payouts are taking place before the administrators even have a perjury trial suggests that PSU is trying to cover up something. obviously they would be trying to cover up something that is not already publicly known."

Ephrata Lion: "Because it hasn't been PROVEN that PSU employees attempted to cover up for a pervert #IDIOT"

Mudge1026: Shelling out that kind of money to victims of Sandusky who weren't even "students" on the Penn State Campus? I sure hope the "fudiciary" responsibilities violations of the BOT members eventually catch up to them.

Um, what the fuck is fudiciary responsibility? Is that like a fiduciary duty owed to PeeSU by Elmer Fudd?

OSU troll goes in and shakes some cages, middle fingers held high:

http://bwi.forums.rivals.com/thread...-disappointed-in-your-effort-yesterday.66440/

His post:
from an OSU fan - really disappointed in your effort yesterday
we needed you guys... and you rolled out there in your 1972 throwback uniforms and played with the heart of a South Vietnamese soldier. you tanked it.

please root for us to get that final 4th spot in the playoff. it would be great for our conference, and possibly our sub conference (BIG 10 East) to get 2 teams in the playoff. this is a scenario you should root for and embrace... for the greater good type of thing.

If this happens I am going to show Warsaw what 1990s Ohio State losses were like. I am not sure how I am going to get my hotel room couch down three floors, but I am damn sure some of the homeless will help me burn that mother fucker to the ground.
Warsaw? I heard of guys getting posted to Bumfuck, Egypt, and I spent two weeks Camp Backofurass, Virginia. But Warsaw? Now if you're in Prague...

It's funny a bunch of message board idiots think they know better than the PSU lawyer brain trust. Organizations don't typically toss around $93mm to make problems disappear unless they know they're liable.

The massive sum of PSU's settlement payouts thus far is their admission of culpability. PSU football fans need to accept it and move on.
