Penn State Cult (Joe Knew)

SEPA buckhunter gives the "Joesus did his job by passing it on" narrative and this is the answer;

:lol:

The Buckhunter should have went with his explanation that it is not illegal to take a shower in Pennsylvania. Judging by the negative reaction to the Cult's "FACTS" on the Cornhusker board, some of the posters over there may be under the impression that it is illegal for a grown man to take a shower. :biggrin:

I am somewhat disappointed, however, that none of the Corn fans have called out the Buckhunter about the quote marks around the word victims.

Yep. I double dog dare them to walk into the fucking Harvard or Yale Clubs in NYC and see how find out how truly East Coast Elite they really are. For Christ sake, a lot of that crowd looks down on schools like Northwestern or Rice.
Harvard, Yale, Princeton and Columbia also look down on Cornell, Brown, UPenn and Dartmouth. You can imagine how we think about Ped State.

I saw the comment about filling Yankee stadium.....again. My god they are hung up on that.

It's a 50 thousand seat baseball stadium that is an easy 2-3 hour commute for 80+% of both fanbases.

I know they will celebrate some incredibly lame shit(like a rail) but chest thumping over the pinstripe bowl sell out is embarrassing even for them

At least it made money for the rest of the Big Ten... I mean, gotta give them something in the form of credit.

Embarassing, yes. But they don't see it that way. They would rather dominate an NAIA conference(*) than wallow in fifth place in the Big Ten.

(*) Yes - there was a proposal brought on BWI a while back (years now) that Penn State should leave the NCAA and join the NAIA. The plan was to create a conference with some other teams currently in the NAIA (maybe even try to convince some NCAA teams to follow them). It was basically an all-Pennsylvania conference. The benefits were that fewer scholarships = more profit for Penn State, and of course they (Penn State and the conference) would be able to get a big TV contract, because Penn State = $$$ for everyone, and, best of all, no more NCAA or Big Ten referees. A few people thought it was a terrible idea. I bet they've since been imprisoned and tortured and probably deported.

Some interesting comments here....

https://bwi.rivals.com/showmsg.asp?fid=36&tid=179289057&mid=179289057&sid=890&style=2

Apparently, when an upperclassman at tOSU leaves before using all of his eligibility, it's a crime against humanity, but when it happens at PedState, it's no big deal. Kind of like everything else, I guess.......

Does that surprise you? When Ohio State fails to graduate someone (football player or otherwise), how is that person qualified to go out and buy a coloring book? He certainly can't be trusted to stay within the lines. But to just be accepted into the Big Ten's only true Ivy League school, a person (football player or otherwise) must already be such an outstanding scholar in the sciences, arts, history, and any other subject which may come up in a conversation. (Of course, it's pretty easy to be an expert when every answer is "Joe Paterno", or, more simply, "Joe".)

No even in the slightest. Just comical how blatantly hypocritical (and clueless) they are over there.

No arguments here. Another example of the hypocracy: in 1994, Joesus showed how awesome his team was compared to Ohio State's by winning 63-14. In 2013, Urban Meyer showed what a classless ass he was by running up the score and winning 63-14.
