People don't realize just how shredded a 220 lb male would look with 7% body fat.

Speaking as someone that tries to eat clean and done a few rounds of P90x; if I baby-oil myself all up, hold my breath, suck in my gut, and flex, I'm a solid 8%.
If I could just shave off that last 1% between my bitch-tits and my lats, and the fold of belly that hangs over the front of my underwear, I'd be golden.
