Did Bollman run over your dog? Dis your mother?

I don't know why you think you can just continue rewriting the same post worded only slightly different every day and not expect a permaban. You've been warned numerous times already. The act is getting tired.

Go back to Bucknuts.

Not sure why everyone is jumping down Diddy's throat on this..

As i have eloquently stated previously.

I think Luke's best shot at retaining the job isn't as contingent on a magical # of wins.

In my mind he needs to trot out a disciplined/tough/hard nosed/well organized squad - that maintains most of the off field principals of the Tressel era.

To put a min # of wins at anything over 8 is unfair given the hand he has been dealt.

But I think what many are missing is his vision for the future coaching staff.

He must have a plan. A realistic one and present it as soon as possible to Market Value "Branding" Gene.

With that in mind:
Hypothetical.

If Jeff Davisdon were offered the OC/OL gig, an opportunity to return home /coach his son/replace an underperforming coach.
How much of a pay hit would he take if any.

Market Value Gene thinks he and his wife are worth the market value.
Unforunatley he doesn't feel that way about assistant FB coaches.
Davidson isn't coming home for 200K.
I posit he would if we could get him >750K which is market value.

This would be a home run hire.
An NFL OL coach who has worked for some great coaches and has OC esperieince. Westerville native.

PS:
I give the board my word if I ever run into Bruce Hooley I will put my hands behind his neck and pull his massive fivehead down, kneeing him in the goatee ala Anderson Silva.
I agree with the bolded myself.

Not a fan of Bollman.. and this would be a good hire for the program.. anytime we can bring in NFL guys it will only help with the current team and recruiting. I personally feel our OL has underachieved for a long time, and we're bailed out by Pryor many times in just the past 3 seasons.

IMO, our OL has been the weak link in most of our talented teams of the past 10 years. A scUM transfer was our saving grace (thank you Rich Rod) the last 2 years, our depth is an issue this year.. I just can't take much objection with Diddy's opinion that Bollman has underacheived and that Davidson would be an upgrade.
