Yep. There's no reason for Elliott to flip, because he's the only true RB in the class...Wilson flipping to us will have no effect on Elliott's PT at RB...

Rumors were that Elliott was upset after OSU coaches were pursuing Wilson so heavily, but Meyer and running backs coach Stan Drayton have since assured him they are not being recruited to play the same position. Elliott is considered a true tailback, while Wilson will be used in the slotback role made famous by Percy Harvin during Meyer?s time at Florida. With Wilson now in the fold, Elliott will have a few days to make his final decision.

not saying it's a bad thing, just he wants him moment as well


I know if I were a recruit, I'd obviously know I was OSU bound from day 1 if I get the offer, but i'd want a press conf too announcing it

From the way everything went with the late Mizzou visit, the "I'm not going to do any interviews until signing day" and not simply re-affirming his commitment to Ohio State after the Meyer visit, to wanting to have a press conference to announce what is seemingly already set in stone in front of the home crowd (that he is signing with Ohio State) certainly would lead you to believe he is flipping, but I know that most people "in the know" seem certain he's going to stick around, so I really don't know what to think.

Put it this way, if he does end up flipping tomorrow I personally wouldn't be the least bit surprised, aside from the fact that everyone's saying he won't...

I'll put it this way, I REALLY want him in this class as he's been a great recruiter for us and just seems like a really likable guy, however if there's one position I feel good about for this year it's at RB. Hyde, Hall, Dunn, Smith, Ball, slot hybrids, and even Braxton taking carries lessens the blow if he doesn't come. Saying that I really want him to come here.
