Georgia Tech sits in the middle of one of the greatest recruiting hotbeds of America. Atlanta produces a deluge of 2* 3* 4* and 5* talent.
It consistently provides a good portion of the talent recruited by UGA, Sakerlina, Clemson, Bama, Auburn, UT....etc

So naturally, Georgia Tech is putting a significant emphasis on recruiting in Europe.

To be fair, there's a reason they play option football... they're Purdue in a weak conference.
