Mr Tebow is now working for ESPN....

SEC Network Hires Tim Tebow for Pregame Show SEC Nation, Additional ESPN Duties

Will Make Analyst Debut During ESPN’s VIZIO BCS National Championship Coverage January 6 from Pasadena

Former Florida quarterback and Heisman winner, Tim Tebow, has been hired as a college football analyst for the SEC Network launching in August 2014. Through a multi-year agreement, Tebow’s primary role will be as an analyst for SEC Nation, the network’s traveling pregame show that will originate from a different SEC campus each week beginning August 28, 2014. In the months leading up to launch and after, he will contribute to a variety of ESPN platforms including SportsCenter, ESPN Radio, and the network’s Heisman Trophy coverage, offering in-depth perspective as a legendary Southeastern Conference player.

On Monday, Jan. 6, Tebow will make his first appearance as an ESPN analyst during pregame coverage of the 2013 VIZIO BCS National Championship. He will contribute to the 9 a.m. ET edition of SportsCenter, College Football Live (3 p.m.) and College GameDay Built by The Home Depot (7 p.m.). He will also be part of studio coverage for the new College Football Playoff (semifinals and championship game), which begins next season.

This will be interesting. The guy's a certified retard (with papers), we'll see how he can do in any kind of an unscripted environment that's not controlled by his parents or the Florida SID. OTOH, it'll be quite interesting as Timmuh's true nature begins to dawn on some of these SEC mouthbreathers.

Durn Zeke, the boy sounds just like Ethel's funny brother who moved to New Orleans.

I think he's a fantastic analyst. ESPN hasn't corrupted him enough yet. Hopefully they don't.
He's not the most eloquent at getting his point across, but he surprisingly seems to know his stuff. He sounds more like a football fan talking football that some hapless e!spn drone reading off of a damned teleprompter. It's actually quite refreshing.

It's interesting to go back and read this thread from the beginning. It appears that we never even offered Tebow in spite of at least a little interest in his behalf. Looks like we went all-in on Antonio Henton instead. Oops.

How should Florida fans feel about Tim Tebow appearing in Ohio State marketing?

Is Tim Tebow's appearance on an Ohio State recruiting tweet fair or foul for the former Gators star under then-UF coach Urban Meyer?

Ahead of one of Ohio State's summer football camps, the Buckeyes' official Twitter account on Tuesday released pictures of Tim Tebow, a former Florida great, along with a quote with him praising Ohio State coach Urban Meyer.

What's not clear is whether Tebow signed off on the use of his image for the tweet. If he did, he willingly used his #brand to promote a competing school for recruiting purposes. If not, Ohio State just used a player who helped beat the Buckeyes in a national title game to promote itself, the legality of which is intriguing to say the least.
