arm bar means his front arm locks, what that does is lengthen the swing because your hands go out/down instead of straight at the pitcher

He should just give up sports and either get into coaching, go back to being an analyst or just be an ordained minister somewhere.
It would be ironic if he joined the Buckeye staff though...
