I am in a state of confusion on why this line is continuing to rise...sitting at 3.5-4 points on some sites..

That's easy - go read BWI. The B1G doesn't want Penn State to win the division, due to the sanctions. The same must be true of Ohio State, though the B1G likes Ohio State better than Penn State. (Ohio State is one of the Big 2, while Penn State won't even fall in line with the rest of the Little 8.) Anyway, now that Ohio State has clinched at least a tie for the division title, they need to make sure that Wisconsin also ties Ohio State. Wisconsin WILL win these last 2 games, and Ohio State WILL lose these last 2 games.

As for the odds, Vegas knows that it's fixed. Heck, EVERYONE knows, outside of the fans of the B1G teams (excluding Penn State fans). The odds-makers are setting the trap - give Wisconsin a high spread and watch the money from people picking Ohio State pour in. Give 10% to the conference, and they'll still make trillions of dollars this weekend.

By the way, Nebraska will lose this weekend or next, Michigan will win out, and will beat Wisconsin for the conference championship. Hoke will ascend into heaven and take his rightful place at the right side of Schembechler, himself.
