Might be room for another OL, with Marcelys Jones and Mirko Jurkovic, Jr. both leaving the program.

CB: Kareem Felder (#786)
S: Jordan Fuller (#121)
S: Andrew Pryts (#315)

Patrice Rene is trending Ohio State. We should know Tuesday if his offer is fully committable. If so, expect him in the class soon.

This class or the scenario that @LordJeffBuck mentioned sounds unreal, yet so realistic. I could see Corley even switched out for Victor also, or just going after another position all together. Great options to have

Most confident to least: Hamlin, Fuller, Pryts, Jackson, and Corley. And like LJB said, I could see another OL in this class. We'll see about Rene...

What are the most likely OL prospects? I see a toss up between a 4th OL, an "extra" DB or Hansford at LB for the last spot. Or I guess the staff might view any elite player as a signing day surprise but that seems less likely this year for some reason.

At this point, it's really an unknown....

They'll continue to chase Greg Little until the ink dries on his LOI, but highly unlikely he ends up at OSU. Terrance Davis was supposed to be at FNL, but I don't think he showed (sounding like a TTUN, MD battle). There seemed to be mutual interest with Jauan Williams early, but that faded (also rumors of some character issues there).

No doubt new names will pop up between now & signing day.

Little if anyone for OL imo. And I'm bullish on Corley, I don't think he ends up here despite us definitely gaining ground. Personally, my ideal finish is Victor at WR...I'm not as high on Corley as most (I really like him but have Victor in a different stratosphere).

But the class is so good right now that if we get Jackson and hold on to everyone else, I will be ecstatic.

DB recruiting is where most of the action should be.... Hamlin, Pryts, Fuller, Rene & Jones still on the board, with Jones expected to announce tomorrow.

Many have Jones picking Ole Miss tomorrow, but if he wanted to be a Buckeye, he would be a take at this point. I expect him to commit to Ole Miss, which should open the door for Rene, who will be a Buckeye if OFFERED.

Pryts didn't make it to FNL, but reportedly visited OSU earlier in the week & is absolutely a take at this point.

Hamlin has been on campus multiple times, so you have to like where OSU is sitting.

Fuller is a tough read for me, but many OSU insiders believe the Buckeyes are sitting pretty or maybe even lead. That being said, he hasn't been on campus since April....I'd like to see at least an official scheduled (which I expect) and maybe an unofficial or two.

WR - I'm not feeling too confident with any of the remaining targets....but then again I shouldn't count out The Closer.

All that being said, they're looking so good with so many top WR's & DB's in the 2017 class, that if they miss in 2016, it really isn't an issue.

Could Pryts grow into an OLB? His game seems to be more reliant on hitting and less in coverage, and with so many teams in the spread that could be a liability with our last defense being the S.

Where does everyone expect this class to land number wise? I like the class but I look at the current scholly breakdown and I see 20 to the NFL tops, and that's with a few guys leaving that I would rather stay. With who I see going to the NFL right now it's closer to 17 when we have 12 seniors, one empty spot, and 4 guys who are expected to leave. Probably another 2-3 will demonstrate they are NFL ready and declare, plus a little attrition.
I see this class at 22 and the very most.

Birm and Scout insiders have mentioned 25ish. It really depends on who wants in. They will make room- hopefully in the least shady way possible.
Where it gets really interesting is where you find room for the 2017 class. There will be nfl departures and attrition to clear room for 2016, but that will reduce the already small 2016 senior class that comes off the books to clear room for 2017.
