I think that this is one to watch... I wouldn't be stunned to see Howard get an offer and commit on it if his grades are in order.

I would basically view the Heuerman like an in-state offer - you don't give that offer and then not allow the kid to commit later. His brother is on the team...it would just be bad practice. If the offer is out there, it is commitable and if he didn't accept it already, he will in the near future.

Franklin is going to make some noise in the SEC. Vandy is just now breaking ground on a 25 million dollar indoor facility and is making other changes to their stadium - their bowl game loss to Cincinnati was probably the most well attended Vanderbilt game ever. Landing McCrary (hopefully...)...
