Who backs up Lendale White right now? Do they suck? I'm reasonably sure there are other RB's on the roster that know the offense and aren't planning to spend the remainder of their college careers on scout team. Will Pete just tell them to transfer if Gwaltney commits?

Excellent point. This stuff didn't just start happening when Tressel was hired. Just look at all the players used as sources by ESPN - Cooper era players. I don't know that Coop necessarily "swept stuff under the rug" though. I think this stuff has been going on long before Coop got here...
