we have a ton of fans that show up at times when it's easy to fans. it's something we have dealt with forever. the real fans don't pay any attention to those at school, work, the gym, etc. that never seem to be interested in the U until something cool happens. we know who they are.

avant got his leg caught under him. sprained his ankle AND knee but no structural damage. first word is he will be practicing in a week to 10 days and will play in the bowl game.

for some reason, UM has fans all over the country. my old college roomate lives in arizona and he says you can't swing a dead cat without hitting a michigan fan. i think a lot of it has to do with the fab 5. kids everywhere loved those meatheads. i'm ashamed of them personally, but before...

here's my take, but i don't think i speak for the majority... i love the BIGHOUSE. my dads had season tickets since 68 and i've been going for as long as i can remember, (born in 78). even when i was away at college, i would make most of the games. (it's a little harder now in grad school.)...

considering the bitterness of the rivalry, i think things were pretty civil saturday among the fans. i'm sure a few people have a story about being treated poorly. that happens everywhere. but all in all i think UM fans are pretty respectful. i would, however, like to apologize to those...
