I'm not giving up on him, but 2014 he had an incredible o-line and good receivers. I remember thinking then that he tended to stare down his first option, but it worked. I also figured he was a freshmen and would only get better.
I dunno, the mock drafts Ive seen have no first rounders (with Hooker being the only possible one). If you are aren't first round, don't you come back?
Herbstreit's commentary is just exhausting. Every play does not require a 2 minute excited explanation. Not everything is the best or worst, slowest or fastest.
Ah, yeah, I was commenting on the previous one about Combs and Peppers. But for sure, he grabbed and pushed a fan.
As you can see in the preview, the fan is in no way trying or saying anything provacative.
Some thoughts:
Hopefully we make it into the CFP. I'm not super confident, but I want a chance. The D is championship level (if Webb can just cover an underneath cross), it just depends on when the O shows up.
This is going to be Michigan's best shot for awhile. Harbaugh has traditionally...
The defense was excellent early, but they got wore down. The 2 QBs didn't run the ball. A lot. The running backs did during crunch time when our D was gassed.
and then turns to JT to complain. not sure why...perhaps the play was supposed to go inside, but still, I don't like the hands in the air looking to complain.
Playcalling is just one aspect of an OC. Lots of other things too. Practice, coaching, playbook, game plan, adjustments, on field...
Please...ride JT the rest of the season. This idea that CJ can help stretch the field doesn't fly when the completion % is low due to behind and underthrown balls. JT can throw just fine for what this offense needs, he proved it last year. Love both of them, but CJ isn't getting it done.
