Assistant HC/Secondary/CB Coach Tim Walton (Official Thread)

Not as well as just about every other position. Ton of pressure on Justin Frye unless I'm missing something.

    LB Coach James Laurinaitis (2x B1G DPOY, 2006 Nagurski, 2007 Butkus, 2008 Lott, 3x All-American, OSU HOF)

IF that is the reason then it deserves to be mocked. Any coaching change not based solely on merit is ridiculous and is not what is best for the program.

    QB Will Howard (Official Thread)

This, to me, is the most searing indictment of Corey Dennis. I'm fine with the 'Ryan Day works with the 1, Dennis works with the back ups' narrative, but when Dennis's guy went in the offense became non functional. That's on Dennis.

Corey Dennis (QB Coach & Pass Game Coordinator Tulsa)

If he's truly being kept around as a "favor" to Urban Meyer then I think that favor has been fulfilled at this point. Meyer brought in coaches like Greg Studrawa and Bill Davis that did years of harm to recruiting. Some positions still haven't recovered.

    OL Donovan Jackson (Official Thread)

Not gonna lie...I'm not super pumped about the OL that struggled all year coming back. I'm not sure what the alternative is, and experience has to count for something, but this past season was the worst OL that I've ever seen at Ohio State.

Post 23 Season tOSU Coaching Changes

If Eliano was let go because of his recruiting shortcomings then I'm not sure how Frye survives.

    tOSU Transfer Portal Recruiting Discussion

Absolutely right. Hadn't put the DL coaching transition together with JL.

    tOSU Transfer Portal Recruiting Discussion

So another year that Laurinaitis can't go on the road to recruit? That seems like an L to me. Am I missing something?

OL Coach/Run Game Coordinator Justin Frye (Official Thread)

Joe Philbin, who spent most of his career in the NFL and college as an OL coach is on staff as an offensive analyst. I would hope that he's also involved in any decisions.

Look Who's Transferring Now (The Portal)

Seems like a lot of O linemen are starting to be available. I'm hoping that the OL is lots better than it was this year.

FL OL Jordan Seaton (Colorado Signee)

Yep...today has been enlightening with this kid. Dodged a bullet.

RB Michael Weber (New Jersey Generals)

Weber looks faster than Dobbins to me at this point. Dobbins is shifty, but Weber just looks blazing over the last several weeks.

SimPLLLLLLLe Jim "6-13" Harbaugh (B1G Suspenders McKhakiPants, Cheater Cheater Booger Eater)

I watched that game start to finish yesterday. No fire, no emotion. Harbaugh looked like he has checked out.

Marvin Wilson (DT Florida State Seminoles)

The only thing I would say is that there is a VERY good chance that Ed O isn't there in 2 years.

CB Marshon Lattimore (2017 NFL Def ROY, 3x Pro Bowl, New Orleans Saints)

I don't know. I guess if he wants to improve an already 1st round grade. Who knows. CB isn't the same as, say, QB. You have a great junior year and then come back and get poked full of holes your whole senior season. If Cardale had come out after the NC game he would have been the first QB...

DB Shaun Wade (1st Team All American, New England Patriots)

He's good, but he's not Bama good, right?

Cleveland Browns (2016 thread of unrelenting dumpster conflagration)

I'm stunned that something this screwed up could happen in this historically stable and well run franchise.

ttun Shenanigans and Arguments (2016 official thread)

Hey guys, Wilton Speight is Michigan's starting QB.

DE Joey Bosa (Def ROY, 3x Pro Bowl, Los Angeles Chargers)

THIS!! Justin Gilbert is STILL on the Browns and he was the 8 pick. He's the worst top 10 pick I've ever seen and I'm a Browns fan so I've seen some bad ones. First round picks get a ton of rope before teams give up on them.
